I did not do the boiled egg, instead I pan-fried it with olive oil. Added a touch of orange and apricot marmalade on the side to go with the croissant, too.

Guys please season your chicken AT LEAST overnight, it will allow the chicken to absorb the flavor as well as making the meat more tender, also use a pressure cooker or a slow cooker if possible to cook your chicken it will come out juicy and very tender so it is much easier to shred. Bonus tip if you’re cooking with a pressure cooker do not add water, chop up some onions and throw them in there.

Simple and straightforward. The bird chirping was a plus.
